Influences of the Bioalkali Ingredients of Chuanxiong on Nitrogen Monoxide,Nitrocoxide Synthase in the Serum of Focal Cerebral Ischemia-reperfusion

Abstract:Objective The study was carried out to prove influences of the bioalkali ingredients of Chuanxiong on the content of NO,NOS in serum of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Methods Three dose groups of CHX(50,100,(200 mg.kg~-(1))) and sodium chloride were administered by in intraperitoneally(ip) for seven days,the rat model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established and tested the content of NO,NOS in serum of rats,and comparing with the sodium chloride group.Results Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injuries(CIRI) group compared with Pse-operation subgroup,there was obvious increase of the content of NO(P0(.01));Each group of CHX(50 mg.kg~(-1)),CHX(100 mg.kg~(-1)),CHX(200 mg.kg~(-1)),compared with CIRI group,there were obvious reduce of content of NO and the activation of NOS.Conclusion The bioalkali ingredients of CHX can reduce the content of NO and the activation of NOS,it also reduced the nerves function and cerebral tissues injuries.
