Progress in the Research of Relationship between Anesthesia and Inflammatory Regulation

Abstract:Anesthesia provides a strong guarantee for the surgery,and in recent years a increasing number of studies have found that volatile anesthetic sevoflurane,isoflurane and other were involved in organ protection,inflammatory regulation,therefore it has immune regulation effects.Cysteinyl aspartate-specific protease-1,caspase-1,is a proteolytic enzyme,and could activate proIL-1β、proIL-18,and could trigger pyroptosis.Many studies confirmed that caspase-1,pyroptosis were participated in the immune response modulation by a variety of ways,and our team demonstrated that sevoflurane could activate caspase-1 and trigger caspase-1-dependent pyroptosis.So we will review our work and others.
