Abstract:The research of human embryonic stem cells encounters ethical dilemma which is difficult to avoid.The source of this dilemma embodies in the balance of sacrifice and respect of life,and confliction of self control and natural selection.Therefore consequentialism and absolutism encounter barriers,and the cause is the differences among moral basis,moral standard,moral judgment and moral requirement of moral strangers.And the way of solution is abiding by the principle of permission which Engelhardt suggested in the procedure and maintaining the tension among a variety of bioethics principles in the entity.
