Abstract:A great countermeasure to rebuild vegetation in the use of land resource and in the construction of ecological environment was to return farmland to forests or grassland in the vegetation-building in North Shaanxi loess hill resion.While the rational use and scientific manage of land resource was key to return farmland to forests or grassland.Based on the regional natural situation and the characteristic of land resource use,the principle of synthetical,regional,ecological,sustainable use of land resource should be followed and the countermeasures of the strict management,the enhancive investment,the perfect manage system should be adopted,then the productivity of land resource could be heightened and the ecological environment could be improved.
