Abstract:Objective To promote the standardization of the ethical review procedure.Methods Through literature review,we summarized there are the problems of ethical review on the drug clinical trials in China and then provided the countermeasures.Results Compared with the European countries,the United States and other developed countries,the ethical review on the drug clinical trials in China started in a later time and was less perfect,there are some problems,such as lacking of scientific review on the study protocol,non-standardization of the informed consent procedure,inadequate training,unsound compensation mechanism for the subjects and so on.Conclusion In order to promote the solution of the above issues,countermeasures of improving the management system for the clinical trials,strengthening the supervision and management of the ethics committees at all levels,making the study protocol design of drug clinical trials scientificity,standardization of the informed consent procedure,developing a reasonable compensation mechanism,and carrying out special training for the ethics committees should be taken.
