Progress on Detection Method of Pseudorabies Virus

Abstract:With development of the immunology and molecular biology technology,conventional serologic methods and molecular biological detection methods are constantly emerging for pseudorabies.In this paper,a review for the swine pseudorabies tests by neutralization test,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,latex agglutination test,colloidal gold immunochromatography,nucleic acid probes,gene chip,multiple PCR,LAMP and other detection methods in recent years were summarized.The aim is to find a suitable,rapid and accurate diagnostic method and provide references for making rational immune programmes and developing new diagnostic methods.
