Abstract:Pulmonary fibrosis is a devastating lung disorder characterized by excessive extracellular mateis proteins.Despite its high impact on human health,no effective treatment has yet been developed.Searching for new therapeutic drugs is urgently needed.Recently,many papers have reported that natural products have anti-fibrotic properties in lungs.In this paper,we review the research advances of the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines protecting against pulmonary fibrosis.
