Abstract:One of the biggest challenges to protect network from being attacked is whether the vulnerabilities can be found promptly.While most vulnerabilities are closely bound up with OS information,the accurate identification of OS is one of the key technologies for ensuring the network security.This paper proposes the remote OS identification based on TCP options,and analyzes an implementation technology for identifying remote OS information.
