Abstract:In recent years,digital publishing share in the information society more and more,readers of the growing demand for personalized service strong traditional culture,publishing services are currently unable to meet this demand,especially for the digital home needs.For family-oriented,personalized digital publishing needs,this paper uses the method of multi-dimensional indexing metadata tissue,data mining,knowledge classification management,natural language as the three dimensions of the dynamic association to create a database;mechanical matching personalized method of data retrieval,and can take the initiative to push;through the reorganization of the publishing and content transcoding method,the layout can keep the original format of the EPUB format document;using digital watermarking and digital encryption to protect the method of combining the author's legitimate interests.In this article based on the development of family-oriented personal digital publishing services system,in practice,demonstrate the practicality of this technology.

Abstract:As digital electronic materials offer reduced production costs and more sophisticated methods of use, so the interests of publishers and librarians can be seen to converge. Electronic materials can be sorted, transmitted and retrieved easily and quickly. They can be linked and made interactive with cheaper access than with printed materials. New library buildings can be avoided and the ideal of library co-operation may be realized. Typical examples of this trend are the applications of the Internet and World Wide Web to electronic publishing and access to online information. Nevertheless, the shift away from printed materials towards electronic materials and away from traditional patterns of ownership of resources to more reliance on external resources poses a number of questions which need to be resolved. These questions are posed and discussed at length.

Physical Museums and digital Museums are gradually move toward integration. In the background of informatization development, museums should become the bridge which connecting school education and social education as well as formal learning and informal learning. In this way, museums play a more important role in cross-cultural communication and the inheritance of excellent culture. How to combine digital museums with school education need to be paid more attention. This study focus on the different perspectives of museum learning such as the popularization of science and technology, the protection and utilization of cultural heritage, as well as the heritage of traditional cultural. Combined with some examples, mechanisms and strategies for the combination of digital museums and school education, as well as the combination of museum activity and school curriculum have been put forward.

Abstract:Purpose Through the case analysis of China’s digital library, the purpose of this paper is to make readers understand the development status, achievements and problems of China’s digital library. At the same time, it also enables readers to understand the common application forms of these modern information technologies in digital libraries, so as to provide a reference basis for the application of new technologies in other countries’ digital libraries. Design/methodology/approach On the basis of literature review, the authors have analyzed a conspicuous collection of related papers in order to make a comprehensive summary and elaboration on the present situation of modern information technology application in Chinese digital libraries. Findings This paper defines and analyses the concepts, contents and relationships of the three most important modern Big Data information technologies, and then completes the analysis of the current situation of the application of information technology in Chinese digital libraries. The block chain can achieve more accurate information collection, more secure information storage and more effective information dissemination. Artificial intelligence can improve the existing digital library service level in three aspects: resource construction, information organization and information service. Internet plus will help transform the traditional digital library business mode in order to adapt to the change of user-centered service. Originality/value This is among the first structured attempts of comprehensively and generally summarizing the application of modern information technology in Chinese digital libraries. It also contains an original exploration of the relationship between the main kinds of modern information technology. Based on this, a relatively complete application scenario and possible vision of modern information technology in digital library can be built.

Abstract:Digitization represents a more advanced stage in the integration of information technology, reshaping human production and lifestyles. The digital transformation entails reconstructing the digital education ecosystem. Textbooks are the most important carriers of teaching content and ideas and serve as crucial blueprints for instruction. They present several disadvantages, such as high costs, inconvenience in portability, monotonous content presentation, slow updates, difficulty in taking notes, challenges in tracking learners’ behaviors, and achieving personalized and targeted teaching. International Chinese language education involves students from various countries, spanning different time zones and spaces, with significant variations in study times, learning differences, economic levels, and developmental stages, making the drawbacks of traditional textbooks even more pronounced. Digital textbooks, with their convenience, interactivity, and personalization, can address many of these issues, thereby better facilitating the digital transformation of education. This is also a pressing issue to be addressed in the digital transformation process of international Chinese education. However, despite being around for many years, digital textbooks are still relatively new. People’s understanding of their concepts and standards remains limited. This paper reviews the development of digital textbooks to clarify their advantages and challenges and concludes with strategic recommendations to aid the construction of digital textbooks for international Chinese language education.

Abstract:The library consortium, as a library resource sharing and a reciprocal community, has always changed its roles and functions with the times and the needs of libraries. Facing the new environment of digital publishing and the growing price crisis of academic journal issues, the library consortium began to participate in digital publishing to meet the growing demand for information resource storage and utilization. Based on the relevant information provided by the International Coalition of Library Consortia, this paper makes a research on the 188 library consortia's participation in digital publishing, and analyzes their role and development characteristics.

Abstract:With the development of internet, more and more new technologies occur. Digital library is migrating toward the directions of semantic computing and cloud environment, too. In this paper, we proposed a semantic++ digital library service framework based on the cloud environment. The semantic++ computing has higher semantic than the traditional semantic computing. In this framework, all massive digital library data are stored into the cloud environment. Digital library users can get their information through a semantic++ interface, that is to say, they can get "what they wanted" from the semantic++ digital library more easily than before. Semantic++ digital library maybe become the development trend of digital library in the future.
