Abstract:It was well known that unparalleled development of transgenic technology had played an important role on the gene engineering and breeding,not only in the researches of gene expression,control and genetics, but also in the aspects of targeted improvement and molecular breeding.In order to realize the three main technologys of transgene impressively, which was mediated by agrobacterium, gene gun and ion beam respectively,The paper mainly introduced the principle and character concisely,and detailed the current problems through analogism,also the last development of three transgenic technology had been concluded.At last, a bright outlook had been advanced.
