Abstract:One of the main obstacles for CFRP tendons to be widely used is regarding the methodology to anchor theCFRP tendons. In this paper, RPC has been put forward as the bond medium and a series of tests have been done for de-veloping the new bond-type of anchorage system for CFRP tendon. During tests and analysis, surface shape of CFRP ten-don, the influence of bond length, numbers of CFRP tendons used in bond-type anchorage and the slope of inner wall ofouter steel tube have been studied. And RPC has been proved to be one good type bond medium through the anchor per-formances.
