Abstract:With the slowing down of the global new drug RD rate,and the increasing cost and the lower returns,China is attracting more interesting because of a growing number of multinational pharmaceutical companies with its cost and resource advantages.China is taking an important and indispensable part in the global new drug RD.However,the backward knowledge,and the lacking of professional drug RD talents have become the bottle neck of Chinese drug innovation capacity as a long period of generic drug history in China.To establish new drug RD training platforms to deliver the advanced knowledge and to train top level professionals who understand the whole chain of the new drug RD is the critical way for China to improve its drug innovation capacity,and become a strong innovative country in drug RD.
