Abstract:Surface-conduction electron-emitter display is one of the field emitter displays.Because it is excellent in visual angle,dynamic view,contrast,and lower power consumption,it is regarded as a key device of the next panel display generation.The principle,fabrication of element,main characteristics and foreground of development are introduced in this article.
