Curative Effect of Edaravone Combined with Naloxone on Acute Brain Infarction

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of edaravone combined with naloxone in patients with acute brain infarction. Methods 90 cases with acute brain infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(n=45) and control group(n=45),which were treated with conventional therapy for all.Treatment group were perfomed both edaravone and naloxone.The curative effect and neurological deficit scale(NDS) were compared before and 2 weeks after therapy. Results The curative effect in treatment group was better than that in control group(P0.05).NDS was significantly lower in treatment group compared with that in control group(P0.01). Conclusion Edaravone combined with naloxone are safe and effective in treating acute brain infarction.
