Abstract:We prove the condition “c is neither 0 nor a negative integer” can be dropped on the boundedness of a class of integral operators Sa,b,c on Lp space, which improves the result by Krues and Zhu. Besides, the exact norm of Sa,b,c on Lp space is also obtained under the assumption c=n+1+a+b.

Abstract:The authors study the singular integrals under the Hormander condition and the measure not satisfying the doubling condition. At first, if the corresponding singular integral is bounded from L 2 to itself, it is proved that the maximal singular integral is bounded from L-infinity to RBMO except that it is infinite mu-a.e. on R-d. A sufficient condition and a necessary condition such that the maximal singular integral is bounded from L 2 to itself are also obtained. There is a small gap between the two conditions.

Abstract:Let T_Ω be the singular integral with homogeneous kernel, and Ω and T~(b,m)_Ω be the commutators generated by T_Ω and a BMO function b. The boundedness properties of T~(b,m)_Ω on a kind of atomic Hardy spaces and Herz-type Hardy spaces are established, under some assumptions such as the Dini-condition.

This operator is closely related to the Calderón commutator. We prove that, under the Grafakos-Stefanov minimum size condition GS_β(S^d-1) with 2<β <∞ for Ω , T_Ω , A is bounded on L^p(ℝ^d) for p with 1+1/(β -1)< p < β .

Abstract:We study the singular integral operatorTOmega, alpha f(x) = P.v. integral(Rn) b(\y\)Omega(y')\y\(-n-alpha)f(x - y)dy,defined on all test functions f,where b is a bounded function, a greater than or equal to 0, Omega(y') is an integrable function on the unit sphere S(n-1) satisfying certain cancellation conditions. We prove that, for 1< p < infinity, TOmega, extends to a bounded operator from the Sobolev space L(alpha)(p) to the Lebesgue space L(p) with Omega being a distribution in the Hardy space H(q)(S(n-1)) where q = n-1/n-1+alpha. The result extends some known results on the singular integral operators. As applications, we obtain the boundedness for TiOmega, alpha on the Hardy spaces, as well as the boundedness for the truncated maximal operator T*(Omega, m).

Abstract:The boundedness on Triebel-Lizorkin spaces of oscillatory singular integral operator T in the form e i|x| aΩ(x)|x|−n is studied, where a∈)R, a≠0,1 and Ω≠L 1(Sn−1) is homogeneous of degree zero and satisfies certain cancellation condition. When kernel Ω(x′≠)Llog+ L(Sn−1), the \(\dot F_p^{\alpha ,q} (R^n )\) boundedness of the above operator is obtained. Meanwhile, when Ω(x) satisfies L 1-Dini condition, the above operator T is bounded on \(\dot F_1^{0,1} (R^n )\).

Abstract:Let b is an element of BMO(R-n) and T-Omega be the singular integral operator with kernel Omega(x)/vertical bar x vertical bar(n), where Omega is homogeneous of degree zero, integrable, and has mean value zero on the unit sphere Sn-1. In this paper, using Fourier transform estimates and approximation to the operator T-Omega by integral operators with smooth kernels, it is proved that if b is an element of CMO(R-n) and Omega satisfies certain minimal size condition, then the commutator generated by b and T-Omega is a compact operator on L-p (R-n) for appropriate index p. The associated maximal operator is also considered.

Abstract:The authors study the singular integral operator T_Ω ,α f(x) = p.v.∫_R^n b(| y |)Ω (y')| y |^ - n - α f(x - y)dy, defined on all test functions f , where b is a bounded function, a >0, Θ ( y ′) is an integrable function on the unit sphere S n −1 satisfying certain cancellation conditions. It is proved that, for n /( n+a )< p <∞, T Ω,α is a bounded operator from the Hardy-Sobolev space H a p to the Hardy space H p . The results and its applications improve some theorems in a previous paper of the author and they are extensions of the main theorems in Wheeden’s paper (1969). The proof is based on a new atomic decomposition of the space H a p by Han, Paluszynski and Weiss(1995). By using the same proof, the singular integral operators with variable kernels are also studied.
