Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To learn the characteristics and related factors of adverse drug reactions(ADR) of Chinese pateat medicine,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS:136 ADRs collected from our hospital during Jan.2007～Jun.2010 were analyzed retrospectively in respect of patient' age and gender,route of administration,drug category and clinical manifestation of ADRs.RESULTS:A total 136 cases involved 41 kinds of drugs.TCM injection caused 119 ADR cases,involving 26 kinds.The main types of drugs which induced ADRs were cardiovascular disease drugs.Main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appendants.CONCLUSION:Great importance should be attached to ADRs induced by Chinese patent medicine.Traditional Chinese Medicine injection should be used carefully in order to improve rational drug use in the clinic.
