Abstract:In this paper,literature data method,questionaire survey method,mathematic stastics method and logic analysis method are adopted to formulate a "Sunshine Sports"comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation standards and methods for the revelant functional departments of edcation.Thus these departments can use the scientic and rational methods to inspect and supervise the conduct of "Sunshine Sports"at all levels of schools Quantitatively.And propose objective rectification plans for the further conduct of "Sunshine Sports"at all levels of school,improve the physique of the young men significantly.This evaluation play a role of escorting as well as an important norm to comprehensively evealuated the level of spornsoring the school and its quality of education.

Abstract:Sunshine sports long-distance running aims to promote young students to enter the playground, nature, and the sunlight, forming a trend of physical exercise. Sports long-distance running is regarded as an important strategic plan to enhance the physical fitness of young people and promote their physical and mental health development. This project mainly conducts an in-depth and systematic analysis of the Sunshine Sports long-distance running at Chuzhou University. This article analyzes and elaborates on how to provide better long-distance running experiences and improve exercise effects for students from the perspectives of the interests and habits of participants, starting from the utility of sports and the characteristics of adolescents in the existing environment.

Abstract:By using the method of documentary, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this article makes an investigation on restricted factors of students participating in leisure sports. The result shows that at internal mental factors, there is no significant different between two genders, but students coming from different regions and specialty exist significant different. At social communication restricted factors, different students exist significant different among each group. At structural restricted factors, each group does not exist significant different. The order of restricted factors from strong to weak is as follow: structural, social communication and internal mental factors.
