Abstract:The agricultural Universities have become the main force of agricultural science and technology research,the power to promote economic development.The research of the input - output performance of science and technology activities in the agricultural university is significance to our "agriculture through science and education" strategy.According to the data envelopment analysis(DEA),based on the science principle, feasibility principle,comparability principle,timeliness principle to establish Performance Evaluation System and based on establishing the input index with staff input,the input of funds and investment in teaching and research,we should establish the output index with published papers,published books,patents,research awards, acceptance and identification number of outcomes and outcome indicators for the output number of technology transfer.The writer analyzes the efficiency of input - output science and technology activities of Northeast Agricultural university from 2005 - 2010.From the research,the efficiency of input - output science and technology activities of Northeast Agricultural university showed ascendant trend nearly five years.But some of these annual need to improve,we should adjust inputs of human,financial,material and increase output of science and technology activities.So as to improve the efficiency of input - output science and technology activities.
