Abstract:This paper gives quantitative analysis on the domestic digital reference service models in the 2001-2011 based on the CNKI and VIP database,analyzes the papers' publishing date,the papers' citation,the periodicals' distribution,and the supporting fund.By keyword statistics,it concludes that the last decade of digital reference service model focused on the thematic areas of the basic theory,the way of services, cooperative reference service models.
