Abstract:The industrialization of GM crops is practically a process of benefit producing and distribution.Legal systems will play important role in regulating and guiding the process in order to guarantee the bio-tech industry benefiting mankind.Reasonable distribution in the process of GM crops industrialization would be realized by applying the basic laws of benefit balance,which not only could spur on the rational and scientific development of technology,but also the foundation of constructing a harmonious society.
