Effect of Glucose on Abundance of ADPN Mrna and HSL Mrna in Vitro Culturing Bovine Adipocytes

Abstract:A test was designed to investigate whether the glucose affect the expression of ADPN mRNA and HSL mRNA in culturing adipose cells from newborn Holstein calf.Glucose was added to the media with 0,5,10,15,20,25 mmol/L,respectively.Abundance of ADPN mRNA and HSL mRNA in adipose cells was determined by Fluorescent Quantitative RT-PCR.The results showed that the expression of ADPN mRNA was suppressed and the level of HSL mRNA was elevated in adipose cells treated with glucose.
