Abstract:Educational policy belongs to public policy.The study on the implementation of educational policy has passed from the top-down approach,the bottom-up approach to the integrating approach,corresponding to the positivism,post-positivism and hermeneutic,integration of both quantitative and qualitative approach in respect of methodology.Benefited from the integration of both quantitative and qualitative approach,the study on the implementation of educational policy has made great progress.
