Abstract:A study has been conducted on various sapodilla fruits from different producing area.The combination comparison of ellipsoid fruits qualities in different producing area and varieties were analyzed.Meantime,the systemic multiple cluster of fruits qualities was analyzed.The results showed that the integrated flavor quality got better in turns of Haikou and Wenchang and Changjiang.The integrated nutrient quality got better in turns of Wenchang and Changjiang and Haikou.The external quality of fruits from Haikou and Wenchang was better than that from Changjiang.It indicated that the sunlight was stronger and longer,and the cumulation of active temperature was higher,and the rainfall was properly lower,then the internal quality of fruits would be better.The rainfall was higher,and the difference of temperature between at daytime and at night was larger,then the fruits would get bigger.The integrated quality of big fruits and white flesh was better than that of small fruits and red flesh.The longer and bigger big-fruits had better integrated quality.The longer and bigger small-fruits had less integrated quality.The integrated quality of ellipsoid-shaped and ball-shaped fruits made no significant difference.The 10 samples was divided into 6 clusters(r2=0.929 0) through single method of systemic multiple cluster analysis.
