Abstract:As the society pays more and more attention to sustainable development, the state requires heavily polluting enterprises to disclose environmental accounting information. Abstract:With the rapid development of modern industrial enterprises, the environmental problem is getting more and more serious, the nation and the public are paying more and more attention to the environment, resulting in the company more and more attention to the environmental protection work ,the extent of environment accounting information disclosure. However, some large enterprises disclosure information level is low, less, simply it is not able to meet the needs of the inside, and outside of the effective information of demand. Therefore, this paper uses and inductive analysis method and empirical analysis method, in paper printing industry listed companies as research samples, research and analysis of the environmental accounting information disclosure of the status and the influencing factors, and according to the results, improve the disclosure level to put forward several suggestions.

Abstract:To grasp the overall disclosure of the quality of enterprise environmental accounting information and find the weakness of disclosure for precise improvements, an approach for the evaluation for the quality of enterprise environmental accounting information disclosure was proposed. First, the evaluation index system of enterprise environmental accounting information disclosure quality was constructed from three aspects: relevance, reliability, and compliance. Relevance measured whether the relevant information was disclosed comprehensively; reliability checked whether the disclosed information was in accordance with the reality; and compliance assessed whether the disclosed information complied with the laws and regulations. Considering that the ratings derived from multiple appraisers with respect to the evaluation index were in linguistic forms, the aggregation method based on triangular fuzzy numbers was constructed. The consistency of ratings was used to calculate the weight of appraisers for the deduction of personal bias and a case study verified the feasibility and practicality of the proposed approach. The approach not only was applied to the assessment of the company, but also provided some suggestions based on the evaluation results.

Abstract:In 2010, the Chinese Government issued a policy to require enterprises to disclose environmental information. Using the environmental disclosure information of 204 Chinese listed companies in 20 polluting sectors over the period of 2011-2015, we find that managers tend to withhold environmental information and selectively disguise sensitive environmental information in the face of financial pressure, and where the disclosure of sensitive environmental information would significantly increase the cost of debt financing. Furthermore, agency conflicts and information asymmetry between managers and outside investors promote the managers' tendencies to withhold environmental information when facing financial pressure.

Abstract:In national and international capital markets recent years,more and more environmental reports or environmental related information is disclosed by listed companies,especially in heavy polluting industries.Disclosure of environmental information has been more and more popular.The aim of the report and information disclosed is to transfer useful information to investors and capital markets.However,the disclosure status is of the character of emphasizing information quality,negelecting the quantity,and less contents as of the relativity.The current situation is mainly caused by the lack of clear definition of the environmental report and environmental information disclosure.In the accounting field,the consesus hasn't yet been reached to take environmental accounting as the accounting object.If environmental accounting is treated as a new development area,more efforts should be focused on environmental cost.

Abstract:Abstract In the era of big data, data is undergoing rapid expansion, determining future corporate development. Although many enterprises may not realize the hidden dangers of the explosive data growth, people will become increasingly aware of the importance of data to enterprises. Faced with excessive data, how to disclose accounting information is an issue worth studying. Survival and development of energy industry as a key emerging industry in the country are inextricably linked with natural resources and ecological environment. Appearance of environmental accounting can greatly alleviate a series of environmental problems caused by the development of energy industry. Disclosure of environmental accounting information is a must task to prevent and manage complex environmental problems in society. However, there are still many loopholes in the development of environmental accounting information disclosure in China: the government lacks targeted standards and regulations; companies face no mandatory system requirements for environmental information disclosure, lack the initiative to disclose relevant information, and the disclosure form and content also lack standardization. With the listed energy companies in Guangdong Province as the research objects, this paper selects 19 listed companies from CNINFO that meet the conditions of listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange or the Shanghai Stock Exchange with A-share stocks. The four-year data of 2015-2018 is taken as a sample size to analyze the status of environmental accounting information disclosure, the content and method of disclosure, and the quality of disclosure. SPSS is taken to perform descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and other empirical analysis on the data, and the analysis results are summarized. It can be seen from empirical analysis that the four factors including the proportion of tradable shares, the proportion of independent directors, ISO environmental certification and government environmental protection subsidies, have the most significant impact on the quality of environmental accounting information disclosure of listed energy companies in Guangdong. Where, government environmental protection subsidies have the greatest impact on enterprises’ environmental accounting information disclosure. Finally, referring to the experience of environmental accounting information disclosure in other countries, this paper believes that China should improve relevant regulations and standards for environmental accounting information disclosure, while strengthening internal and external supervision of enterprises to promote the development of environmental accounting, thereby contributing to the goal of socialism with Chinese characteristics: development of circular economy, development of resource economizing type, environment-friendly low-carbon economy and society.

Abstract:To construct company environmental accounting system for social environment sustainable development,this article starts with the examination empirically of the impact of specific corporate financial regulation factors on the voluntary disclosure of information of listed companies in chemical industry in China from 2003 to 2005,take the percept of corporate accounting.The results of the statistical analysis shows that large companies with more profit behave better in disclosing environmental information.But not many companies disclosed this information voluntarily.It's necessary to enforce compulsory disclosure system of environmental information,which is important to sustainable development in Harmonious Society.

Abstract:Environmental information disclosure has become a widely-used tool to encourage the participation of multiple market players in environmental governance. However, it remains unclear whether it can promote the efficiency of capital allocation in enterprises. This study uses econometric modeling and data from heavily polluting enterprises in Chinese A-shares between 2013 and 2020 to explore the impact of environmental information disclosure on capital allocation efficiency, as well as its mechanisms. It is found that environmental information disclosure significantly and robustly enhances the efficiency of capital allocation, and the effect varies by firm's size, ownership, life cycle, and region. Nevertheless, employees and creditors are found to have a negative moderating role in this effect. These findings have important implications for the simultaneous improvement of environmental performance and capital allocation efficiency in the context of China's ecological civilization system and high-quality economic development and for promoting a "win-win" situation for environmental protection and economic growth.

Abstract:The global economic development is showing a new trend, and green development requires major companies to continuously improve resource utilization efficiency and reduce waste emissions in production and daily life. As a fundamental industry of the national economy, the disclosure of environmental accounting information in agriculture is particularly important. This not only an important manifestation of actively responding to the national call for ecological protection, but also conducive to providing micro data for national or regional environmental and resource statistics, and promoting sustainable development. This article first analyzes, reviews, and organizes relevant research achievements and literature at home and abroad. Secondly, by analyzing the disclosure status of 44 agricultural enterprises in China in their annual reports and social responsibility reports from 2018 to 2022, this paper summarizes the problems that exist in the disclosure process of relevant information by agricultural enterprises in China. Finally, in response to the problems that arise in the disclosure practice of relevant information by agricultural enterprises in China, suggestions are proposed to make up for the shortcomings and promote the formation and development of relevant disclosure systems for agricultural enterprises.

Abstract:With the improvement of China's economic level, environmental safety issues are increasingly attracting public attention, especially in the context of the "dual carbon" goals. There is an urgent need for enterprises to transition to green and low-carbon production and operation activities. This paper focuses on the paper industry and explores the necessity and current state of environmental accounting information disclosure, highlighting its importance in supporting the achievement of "dual carbon" goals and promoting green development of enterprises. The study finds that environmental accounting information disclosure in the paper industry is not comprehensive, lacks specificity, and is deficient in continuity and regularity. Improvements are needed in enhancing corporate philosophy, refining systems, establishing organizational and personnel guarantees, and increasing investment in funds and technology. Paper companies should actively fulfill their social responsibilities and promote the harmonious coexistence of environmental protection and economic development.

Abstract:Environmental resources are typical of public resources. However, the environmental resources allocation process would generate rent-seeking problems easily. Environmental accounting information disclosure for rent-seeking is the most serious one in various types of rent-seeking behavior. This paper selects mining enterprises as rent-seeking study which seeks to provide a review of the current state of rent-seeking in environmental accounting of mining enterprises research. Then it illustrates the characteristics and types of environmental accounting information disclosure problems in our country. It is to explore the perception that environmental accounting information disclosure plays an important role in accounting for sustainable development. Abstract:From the perspective of macroeconomic developments outside the enterprise level and internal microstructure features, examining the disclosure of environmental accounting information listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry of the status, through empirical research and analysis of the environmental accounting information disclosure factors, it indicates that the development of enterprise size and enterprise social responsibility report positive relationship with its environmental accounting information disclosure level. The final recommendations of corporate environmental responsibility into internal systems construction, national, social and regulatory authorities should improve the legal supervision of polluting industries.
