Abstract:The optimal reaction system of DAMD(Direct Amplification of Minisatellite DNA by PCR) in melon was founded with melon template DNA and a minisatellite primer YNZ22,and the paper analyzed genetic diversity of 28 melon cultivars with the optimal reaction system,opened up a kind of new type molecular marker for posting genetic difference in germ plasm of melon.
