Abstract:Entrepreneurship is very important for building an innovation-oriented country.However,what's the driving factors and mechanism of entrepreneurship? The paper think entrepreneurship is the inevitable result of effect of external and internal factors with the paradigm of economic and behavior decision theories.With the guideline of social cognition theory,the hypothesis is verified by the undergraduate entrepreneurs' sample.The results show that human capital significantly leads to the development of social capital and social capital in turn directly drives entrepreneurship intention. And overconfidence and risk perception play mediating roles between the relationship between human capital and intention. Social capital positively moderates the relationship between human capital and overconfidence.The analysis can benefit the education and the policy-making of entrepreneurship.
