Abstract:The title compound, C19H18BrN3O3, was synthesized by the reaction of 2-methanesulfonyl-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine and N-(2-bromophenyl)-2-hydroxybenzylamine in tetrahydrofuran. There are three different planes in the molecule, each of which is conjugated. The dihedral angles between the pyrimidine plane and the planes of the two phenyl rings are 107.85 (4) and 77.38 (2) degrees, and the dihedral angle between the planes of the two phenyl rings is 103.15(3)degrees.

Abstract:The title molecule, C20H16Cl2F3N3O2, was obtained by the reaction of 2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde, 1-phenylguanidinium hydrogen carbonate and ethyl 4,4,4-trifluoro- 3-oxobutanoate catalyzed by sulfamic acid in the solid state. In the molecular structure, the pyrimidine ring adopts a twist-boat conformation and the two benzene ring are nearly perpendicular. Abstract:The title compound N-((3,5-dimethylphenyl)carbamoyl)-1-methy1-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide (C15H15F3N4O2) was synthesized, and its structure was confirmed by H-1 NMR, H RMS and X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P (1) over bar with a = 11.7147(5), b = 11.7935(5), c = 13.6620(5) angstrom, alpha = 69.755(7)degrees, beta = 66.182(6)degrees, gamma = 72.100(7)degrees, D-c = 1.423 g/cm(3) , Z = 4, V = 1588.88(11) angstrom(3) , the final R = 0.0347 and wR = 0.1005 for 7171 observed reflections with I > 2 sigma(I). The preliminary biological test showed that the title compound has antifungal activities against Fusarium oxysporum, Pseudomonas syringae, Corynespora mazei and Botrytis cinerea at 100 mu g/mL as 5.19%, 53.50%, 88.55% and 70.62%, respectively. The docking results indicated the hydrogen bonds formed between the compound and SHD.

Abstract:In the title molecule, C18H11Cl3N2O2, the central benzene ring is oriented at 8.44 (12) and 70.57 (11)degrees with respect to the terminal chlorophenol and dichloropyridine rings, respectively. The molecular structure is stabilized by an intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bond, which generates an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal, pi-pi stacking between parallel pyridine rings is observed [centroid-centroid distance = 3.6561 (14) angstrom].
