Abstract:The pathogenesis of ischemic stroke was discussed, and the clinical status and research progress of drugs for stroke treatment were also summarized in this review. The author enumerated the recent progress and focus of researches of drugs for ischemic stroke treatment about many drugs which included thrombolytic drugs, anti-platelet aggregation drugs, fibrinolytic drugs, anticoagulant drugs and neuroprotective drugs and so on. research problems of drugs for ischemic stroke treatment was analyzed and also prospected the development of drug for ischemic stroke treatment.
