Abstract:Polylactide had good compatibility,degradable and absorption,and was widely used to the medicine cover,degeneration medicine,absorbing operation thread,and internal fixation of bone fracture.The synthesis and modification methods for biodegradable polylactide were introduced.The structure and properties of polylactide could be modified to extend the application of polylactide.
