Expression of protein phosphatase 2A in normal human endometrial epithelial cells and relation with cyclin G1

Abstract:Objective It is to approach the expression of protein phosphatase 2A(PP2A) in normal human endometrial epithelial cells in proliferative phase and secretory phase and the relation with cyclin G1.Methods The expressions of PP2A and cyclin G1 in 9 cases of normal human endometrial epithelial cells in proliferative phase and 9 cases in secretory phase were observed with immunohistochemistry method.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze.Results Both PP2A and cyclin G1 had feeble expression in normal human endometrial epithelial cells in proliferative phase,while both had high expression in secretory phase.There was significant difference on strong positive rate of PP2A and cyclin G1 expression between in secretory phase and in proliferative phase(P<0.01).The expressions of PP2A and cyclin G1 in endometrial epithelial cells had significant positive correlation(P<0.01).Conclusion The expressions of PP2A and cyclin G1 both have the characteristic of progestogen dependency,and PP2A maybe participate negative regulation action of progesterone induced by cyclin G1 on the proliferation of endometrial epithelial cells.
