Abstract:Because of the defects of statute law,the law needs interpretation to make up for the defects of statute law.As a part of justice,legal interpretation is the link between the legislation and the justice.The couese of legal interpretation is the course of judicial discretion is performed by the judge at the same time.By case law,we can unify the legal interpretation and restrict the judicial random,we can remedy the statute law.
