A Systematic Method for the Disposal of Human Behavior in Nuclear Power

Abstract:The causes of errors that occur in an event or as a part of performance trend collectively refers as human performance problems.Systematic method of disposing human performance problems in nuclear power plants is discussed,which includes such processes as the identification and description of problems,investigations on the human performance problems,cause analysis and corrective actions.In accordance with the practice in nuclear power plants,the identification on human error is specially introduced,such as root cause analysis and the cause tree for instance.
