Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of blood-heat syndrome psoriasis vulgaris with Qing Re Liang Xue decoction based on syndrome differentiation. Methods 105 patients with blood-heat syndrome psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups.Treatment group adopted plus-minus treatment of Qing Re Liang Xue decoction based on syndrome differentiation,control group one adopts fixed prescription to Qing Re Liang Xue decoction,control group two was given compound indigo capsule.The internationally scores of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI) were usedto measure the skin lesions. Results The total effective rate of plus-minus group of syndrome differentiated treatment was 77.8%,the total effective rate of control group was 61.29%,and the total effective rate of compound indigo capsule group was 46.37%.The total effective rate of plus-minus group of syndrome differentiated treatment was obviously superior to that of control group and compound indigo capsule group;the total effective rate of control group is obviously superior to that of compound indigo capsule group.There had significant difference between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion Through this study,treatment of removing pathogenic heat from blood based on syndrome differentiation is again proved as an effective method to cure blood-heat syndrome psoriasis vulgaris.Based on this principle,plus-minus group of syndrome differentiated treatment can improve efficacy and reduce side effects.
