Abstract:An improved acoustic echo canceller combined with the LPC-based speech coder based on the previous researching results is presented. By adding an auxiliary adaptive filter, the negative effects caused by the decorrelation filter and its inverse are avoided in the signal path. Computer simulations show this algorithm has a higher echo return loss enhancement value compared with the previous results.
