Abstract:Three kinds of extraction methods,cold pressing extraction,microwave-assisted extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction,were used to extract the seed oil of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.The components of the extracted oil were compared aiming to determine the optimum extraction method.The optimum extraction conditions for cold pressing method were obtained as pressure(55±2)MPa,ratio of Kernel to husk 9∶1,pressing time 8 hours,temperature 20～25 degree C,and oil yielding ratio 40.44%.The optimal technological parameters for microwave extraction were obtained as solid/liquid ratio 1∶16(mass/volume),extraction time 20 minutes,temperature 85 degree C,microwave power 100 W,and oil yielding ratio 53.27%.The suitable conditions of ultrasound extraction were obtained as solid/liquid ratio 1∶10(mass/volume),ultrasonic frequency 60 kHz,temperature 60 degree C and extraction time 35 minutes,and oil yielding ratio 60.18%.The chemical components of X.sorbifolia seed oil extracted by the three methods are different,and the common components of fatty acid are linoleic acid,olein acid,palmitic acid,octadecanoic acid,and ect.The seed oil extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method contains 11 kinds of components and 4.08% of probucols.Therefore,ultrasonic-assisted extraction is the best method for X.sorbiflia seed oil extraction in terms of its high extraction ratio and simple processing means.
