Abstract:The purpose of this study is to establish the analysis frame for enterprise's knowledge including the theoretical analysis, indicator system and evaluation method, which is used to examine the knowledge efficiency of enterprises. Based on conclusions of knowledge management recently, the research is carried out on the angle of knowledge matching and emphasizes the knowledge's function on operation and innovation of enterprises.Although many methods have been studied for enterprise's knowledge size and structure, most of them did not consider the enterprise's knowledge in the frame of knowledge base, which can reflect the knowledge size generally and matching structure. Hence, this article states the definition of effectiveness of enterprise's knowledge base (EKB) and influential factors, analyzes the matching structure among these factors systematically, especially between the static knowledge factors and dynamic knowledge capability factors, which interact each other and decide the effectiveness of EKB. In aim of the knowledge structure and matching relationship, the indicator system for effectiveness of EKB is presented, and AHP method is applied to evaluate the enterprise's knowledge size.
