Abstract:This paper introduces the oil well real-time monitoring system based on micro-controller unit PIC16F877.The system can be used on electric submersible pump to achieve two-way pressure,two-way temperature,leakage current,and vibration signals in real-time acquisition,and use its internal ADC converter,which convertes and quantifies the analog signal to the digital signal.In order to guarantee the accuracy of the sampled signal.The system uses the averaging signal without extreme value filtering algorithm for filtering the sampled digital signal,and displaying the real-time oil well informations ultimately to the main interface with alarm function.The experimental results show that the system which has high accuracy and real-time advantage at the oil well informations collection,and have achieved satisfactory control effect.
