Abstract:The use of literature and expert advice,this paper made a research into the development of competitive tennis in Hubei province.The results showed that Hubei has a good social environment for the development of tennis and tennis in China in recent years has made a significant contribution to the development.Through the problems affecting the development of competitive tennis,it provided some suggestions for the continuous development of competitive tennis.

Abstract:By using the method of questionnaire,statistics,comparison and analysis on coaches and athletes in Zhejiang and others provinces,the author thinks that the main problem is poor management mechanism on Wushu.It leads to coaches and athletes lacking of training enthusiasm,advantage of talented athletes cannot be exerted fully and cannot form self-characteristics.It suggests that establishing Wushu management center in Zhejiang province,reforming employment mechanism,adjusting structure of coaches,making good use of human resource,perfecting encouragement and carrying on object management.

Abstract:The subjects of the study are 6 higher education institutes(HEIs) with high-level sports teams in Zhejiang Province,including Hangzhou,Ningbo and Jinhua who employ the system as trial programs.It adopts the method of literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The study also analyzes the top five affecting factors of the competitiveness of these teams,including arrangement of sports,coaches,athletes,and the investment of universities and frequency of competition.To address the problems in the establishment and management of the sports teams,the paper proposes some countermeasures to enhance the development of the high-level sports teams in HEIs.

Abstract:The authors have made a thorough and detailed investigation on the present status of the high-level volleyball teams from general institutions of higher learning in Jiangsu province. The results indicate that there are a number of problems for these sports teams. The problems include that the target for the sports teams is unclear; the facilities in gymnasiums are outdated;the technological inputs are few;there is little cooperation with other P. E. universities and research institutions; the mode of team forming is unitary without making full use of the advantages of sports teams of institutions of higher learning; there are also contradictions between study and training for team members;the team players have few chances for contests;and the policy and means of enrollment should be reformed.

Abstract:The authors analyzed the current state of the mechanism of selection and evaluation of physical education instructors and researchers in Hubei province,found that the mechanism of selection and evaluation of physical education instructors and researchers had such common problems as being undiversified and floppy,and proposed that we should establish a set of complete and scientific selection and evaluation systems,in which the candidates are recommended by basic units,evaluation and employment are combined with administrative appointment,and performance evaluation is combined with effect evaluation,so as to boost the construction and development of the physical education instructor and researcher team in China.

Abstract:This study examines the competencies of tennis coaches and the coaching preferences of collegiate athletes in Henan Province, China. Drawing on a quantitative research design, the study aims to assess the relationship between coaches' professional competencies and their demographic characteristics, as well as the alignment between these competencies and athletes' coaching preferences. A survey instrument was administered to tennis coaches and student-athletes from five universities in Henan Province. The results reveal key strengths and areas for improvement in tennis coaching, and identify athlete preferences that can inform coach education and training programs. The findings have implications for enhancing coaching quality, athlete development, and the overall effectiveness of tennis programs in higher education.
