Abstract:With the rapid development of computer technology,we put forward data acquisition,control,operation monitoring,alarm,operation management and other requirements to the original feed system for the technological transformation.Barreled measurement automatic feed system with methanol,xylene,dichloroethane and toluene solution for the control of the four targets,a programmable logic controller for the control center through flow-meter level transmitter to detect sensor for the detection of flow,liquid level control of the factory to feed pum Pand solenoid valve of commitment,thereby achieve control purposes.At the same time,paper takes advantage of the powerful display and operation functions of the touch screen what would complete the production of real-time monitoring and alarm of the scene.The application shows that this system allocates flexibly and runs stably and accurately.
