Abstract:As the signaling transconduction mechanisms of the injured survival and regeneration are very complicated,it is necessary to study the role of several important pathways activation such as MAPK pathway and its downstream pathways,PI-3K pathway,and JAK/STAT pathway on lesion motoneurons mainly through in vitro tests and gene knockout.Additionally,signal molecules in these pathways can interact with each other and then influence lesion motoneuron survival and regeneration together.
