Abstract:With the rapid development of my country's social economy, the demand for professional and technical personnel in all walks of life is showing an increasing development trend. In order to fully implement the national talent strategy and solve the current problem of insufficient supply of professional and technical talents, the education department regards the reform of the education system as one of the primary tasks of the current education development and has issued a series of supporting policies. With the support of relevant national policies, some higher vocational colleges involved in automobile marketing and service have continuously deepened teaching reforms, improved the curriculum system, and improved teaching quality, delivering a large number of high-quality and skilled talents to the automotive industry. However, due to various external factors, the teaching reform of automobile marketing and service in most higher vocational colleges has not only failed to achieve the expected results, but has adversely affected the professional development. The article has conducted a preliminary analysis and discussion on the strategy of higher vocational automobile marketing and service professional teaching reform, hoping to provide positive countermeasures and suggestions for professional development and innovation.
