Abstract:In this paper, by using variational methods and critical point theory, we study the existence of semiclassical solutions for the following nonlinear Schrödinger–Maxwell equations{−ε2Δu+V(x)u+ϕu=f(x,u),in R3,−Δϕ=4πu2,in R3, where ε>0 and V(x)⩾0 for all x∈R3. Under some weaker assumptions on V and f, we prove that the system has at least one nontrivial solution for sufficient small ε>0.

Abstract:This paper is concerned with the following Klein–Gordon–Maxwell system: −△u+V(x)u−(2ω+ϕ)ϕu=f(x,u),x∈R3,△ϕ=(ω+ϕ)u2,x∈R3,where ω>0 is a constant, V∈C(R3,R), f∈C(R3×R,R), and f is superlinear at infinity. Using some weaker superlinear conditions instead of the common super-cubic conditions on f, we prove that the above system has (1) infinitely many solutions when V(x) is coercive and sign-changing; (2) a least energy solution when V(x) is positive periodic. These results improve the related ones in the literature.

Abstract:In this article, we study the system of Klein-Gordon and Born-Infeld equations $$\displaylines{ -\Delta u +V(x)u-(2\omega+\phi)\phi u =f(x,u), \quad x\in \mathbb{R}^3,\cr \Delta \phi+\beta\Delta_4\phi=4\pi(\omega+\phi)u^2, \quad x\in \mathbb{R}^3, }$$ where $\Delta_4\phi=\hbox{div}(|\nabla\phi|^2\nabla\phi)$$, $\omega$ is a positive constant. Assuming that the primitive of $f(x,u)$ is of 2-superlinear growth in $u$ at infinity, we prove the existence of multiple solutions using the fountain theorem. Abstract:In this work, we mainly focus on the energy-supercritical nonlinear Schrodinger equation, $$ ipartial_{t}u+Delta u= mu|u|^p u, quad (t,x)in mathbb{R}^{d+1}, $$ with $mu=pm1$ and $pu003efrac4{d-2}$. %In this work, we consider the energy-supercritical cases, that is, $pin (frac4{d-2},+infty)$. prove that for radial initial data with high frequency, if it is outgoing (or incoming) and in rough space $H^{s_1}(mathbb{R}^d)$ $(s_1u003cs_c)$ or its Fourier transform belongs to $W^{s_2,1}(mathbb{R}^d)$ $(s_2u003cs_c)$, the corresponding solution is global and scatters forward (or backward) in time. We also construct a class of large global and scattering solutions starting with many bubbles, which are mingled with in the physical space and separate in the frequency space. The analogous results are also valid for the energy-subcritical cases.

Abstract:In this paper we study the following nonhomogeneous Schrödinger–Maxwell equations {[ - u+V(x)u+ ϕ u=f(x,u)+h(x), in 𝐑^3,; -ϕ=u^2, in 𝐑^3, ]. where f satisfies the Ambrosetti–Rabinowitz type condition. Under appropriate assumptions on V , f and h , the existence of multiple solutions is proved by using the Ekeland’s variational principle and the Mountain Pass Theorem in critical point theory. Similar results for the nonhomogeneous Klein–Gordon–Maxwell equations {[ - u+[m^2-(ω+ϕ)^2]u=|u|^q-2u+h(x), in 𝐑^3,; -ϕ+ ϕ u^2=-ω u^2, in 𝐑^3, ]. are also obtained when 2 < q < 6.

Abstract:In this paper, we deal with the existence of infinitely many solutions for a class of sublinear Schrodinger equation{ -Delta u + V(x) u = f( x, u), x is an element of R-N, u is an element of H-1( R-N).Under the assumptions that inf(R)(N) V ( x) > 0 and f( x, t) is indefinite sign and sublinear as |l|. -> +infinity, we establish some existence criteria to guarantee that the above problem has at least one or infinitely many nontrival solutions by using the genus properties in critical point theory.

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the sign-changing solutions to the following Schrödinger-Poisson system {[ -Δ u+V(x)u+λϕ (x) u =f(u), x ∈ℝ^3,; -Δϕ =u^2, x ∈ℝ^3,; ]. where λ >0 is a parameter and f is super 2-linear at infinity. By using the method of invariant sets of descending flow and a multiple critical points theorem, we prove that this system possesses infinitely many sign-changing solutions for any λ >0 .

Abstract:In this work, we consider the three-dimensional defocusing energy-critical nonlinear Schr & ouml;dinger equation i partial derivative(t)u + Delta u = |u|(4)u, (t, x) is an element of R x R-3 . Applying the incoming and outgoing decomposition presented in the recent work [M. Beceanu, Q. Deng, A. Soffer, and Y. Wu, Comm. Math. Phys., 382 (2021), pp. 173-237], we prove that for any radial function f with chi <= 1 f is an element of Pi(1) and chi >= 1 f is an element of Pi(0) with 5/6 < s(0 )< 1, there exists an outgoing component f(+) (or incoming component f(-)) of f , such that when the initial data is f(+) , then the corresponding solution is globally well-posed and scatters forward in time; when the initial data is f(-) , then the corresponding solution is globally well-posed and scatters backward in time.

Abstract:In this paper, we consider the following Schrödinger-Maxwell type equation with critical exponent where the function K satisfies the assumption , and stands for the standard convolution. We first derived the non-degeneracy result for the critical Schrödinger-Maxwell equation. Then, as an application, we proved that problem Eq. (0.1) admits infinitely many non-radial positive solutions with arbitrary large energy. We believe that the various new ideas and technique computations that we used in this paper would be useful to deal with other related elliptic problems involving convolution nonlinear terms.

Abstract:We investigate the existence of nontrivial solutions and multiple solutions for the following class of elliptic equations (-?u + V(x)u = K(x)f(u), x ? RN, u ? D1,2(RN), where N ? 3, V(x) and K(x) are both unbounded potential functions and f is a function with a superquadratic growth. Firstly, we prove the existence of infinitely many solutions with compact embedding and by means of symmetric mountain pass theorem. Moreover, we prove the existence of nontrivial solutions without compact embedding in weighted Sobolev spaces and by means of mountain pass theorem. Our results extend and generalize some existing results.

Abstract:In this paper, we consider the defocusing mass-supercritical, energy-subcritical nonlinear Schrödinger equation, i∂_tu+Δ u= |u|^p u, (t,x)∈ℝ^d+1, with p∈ (4/d,4/d-2). We prove that under some restrictions on d,p, any radial function in the rough space H^s_0(ℝ^d),for some s_0<s_c with the support away from the origin, there exists an incoming/outgoing decomposition, such that the initial data in the outgoing part leads to the global well-posedness and scattering forward in time; while the initial data in the incoming part leads to the global well-posedness and scattering backward in time. The proof is based on Phase-Space analysis of the nonlinear dynamics.
