Abstract:The system of socialist core value is a socialist ideology in contemporary China,is the organic whole in the idea of core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics,is the spiritual kernel and power of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,and is the modern Chinese people’s unique spiritual temperament and spiritual home.The system of the core socialist value is the Party’s new theoretic fruit and important theoretical innovation,with three bright features of being scientific,systematic and practical.It is the fundamental task and epochal theme to build the system of socialist core value in China’s socialist cultural development,and is the recast project of Chinese"national soul"as well,which must be pushed whole and long time to uphold.Its foundation is the recapitulation of being scientific,accurate,easy to understand and easier for memory;its condition is to create an full-bodied social atmosphere of universal education;its main work is to develop lively and multi-kind forms of universal education,its bolster is to establish and implement the policy and law;its key is the cadres and Party members’practice of what they preach.
