Abstract:Combinating parameter modification and nonlinear regression analysis,the model of loading roll gap was established according to the characteristics of strip with thin gauge and low percent reduction during tempering. The results showed that the model could meet the practical rolling situation which had high accuracy and little error,and could forcast the shape exactly.
