Abstract:Objective To study mycoplasma infection in female cervicitis and their drug sensitivity in order to provide a theoretical reference and basis to choose antibiotics for clinical treatment of mycoplasma infection.Methods 325 cervicitis secretion suspected mycoplasma infected outpatients were detected with mycoplasma IST kits.Results 325 suspected cases were cultured and 291 were identified positive(89.5%).Mycoplasma infection was chiefly found in female with age ranging from 16 to 55 years old(94.8%).Among the total positive cases,60% were infected by Uu and 23.4% by Mh,16.6% cases were infected by Uu and Mh.Colony counting of 71% cases were ≥104CFU/ml.Mycoplasma was sensitive to enoxacin(96.6%),ofloxacin(95.3%),and resistant to erothromycin(75.3%) and tetracycline(63.4%).Conclusion The infectious rates of myclopasma are on a big rise in female cervicitis and the resistant strains increase continuously.Quinolones can be the preferred drug.
