Abstract:Hospital pharmacal staff should actively apply the spirit of humanistic care to the hospital practice of pharmaceutical care to achieve the people-oriented,and enthusiastic initiative.Considering the actual situation of patients,staff in hospital pharmacy should develop individualized,personalized,optimized drug therapy programs to achieve the best effect of medication services and make better use of medical resources and establish a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
