Abstract:Author studied the current representative of the agricultural economy model organizations.The building new socialism countryside should develop modern agriculture(modern Crop Production and livestock husbandry).Using company theory,this paper constructed the new organizational model of agricultural economy.Farmer bought a share from the land rights;it was make the land and capital uniting.It can develop the agricultural productivity;improve the income of the farmers.
