Abstract:As growth pole of nation and region,megalopolis plays a very important role in the construction of national innovation system.With the development of social economy,a perfect regional innovation system which adapts social economy will supply technical support to innovation capability of megalopolis and the realization of continuable development of social economy,it is also urgent to regional development.Based on the theory of regional innovation system and analysis of megalopolis innovation factors,the paper gives a model of the innovation evaluation system of metropolis,and probes into the innovation Evaluation System of Metropolis.
