Abstract:In the enterprise technology alliance,an effective incentive mechanism is a motive force of the knowledge flows,sharing and transformation between enterprises.From the angle of the self-organization theory,the key elements of the incentive mechanism of performance of enterprise technology alliance include the subject and object of incentives,the incentive target and incentive method.A fair,efficient and appropriate principle is the design principle of the incentive mechanism of the performance of the enterprise technology alliance.
