Abstract:The patients of biliary tract disease associated with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension was extremely dangerous.Before surgery,accurate assessment of biliary tract disease,liver function and the degree of portal hypertension.The primary objective of treatment was the first clinic diagnosed the disease,both with the associated disease.Individual differences based on the patient and take the appropriate surgical approach,patients have to deal with technology,as well as the positive perioperative management can reduce the incidence of complications and reduce mortality.
